Q: How is this program different from No-Nonsense Muscle Building 2.0, Hypertrophy Max, or Maximize Your Muscle 1.0?

It’s similar in the sense that the MYM 2.0 workouts are skillfully designed, progress from month-to-month, and in the case of NNMB 2.0, are customized to your muscle fiber type.

Q: How much muscle do you figure I'll gain?

To be frank, I have no idea.

Some guys gain as much as 20 or 30 pounds in a year, while others gain just 4 or 5 pounds. It all depends on your level of fitness and starting point. But rest assured, BOTH groups are always equally ecstatic with their results.

Once we’ve balanced out your body and gotten everything proportional, your friends will probably think you’ve gained at least 20 pounds of muscle! I’m more concerned with the look, not the number.

Q: I'm a female and want a smoking hot body. Is this for me?

Women usually have the most outstanding results on my programs because for once they stop training with light weights!

Hormonal regulation is probably the most important factor for a female to get lean and build muscle. While Maximize Your Muscle 2.0 is geared towards men, if you have questions, they can be answered in our private Facebook group.

Q: Can I follow Maximize Your Muscle 2.0 if I need to lose fat?

You SHOULD be following Maximize Your Muscle 2.0 if you want to lose 10 pounds or even 100 pounds. The programs I design are the most optimal way to train for someone looking to change their body composition (i.e., increase lean muscle mass and burn fat because it is brief, intense, and harnesses the power of your fat-burning hormones).

But if your ONLY goal is to “lose weight” and you don’t care about looking hard, lean, and muscular, MYM 2.0 will be too intense for you. But if you want a fitness model physique, a muscle model physique, or a bodybuilder physique, Maximize Your Muscle 2.0 is your golden ticket.
